Conditions used for specs determination: Samples were loaded into a 10 μl-loop and introduced into the source by mobile phase (100% acetonitrile) stream at a rate of 0.2 ml/min, generating a peak of about 5 s width. Selected settings:

• Needle voltage: 5000 V in positive mode
• Trap Damping Gas Flow Rate: 0.8 mL/min
• Spray Chamber Temperature: 50 °C
• Drying Gas: 20 psi, 350 °C
• Nebulizing Gas: 50 psi
• Sprayshield Voltage: 600 V
• Capillary Voltage: 80 V
• Electron Multiplier Voltage: 1305 V
