Karlovsky lab: Molecular Phytopathology and Mycotoxin Research

Gaenseliesel Karlovsky lab - from 2001 to 2021 Karlovsky lab 2020: Soil sampling for microbiome analysis Karlovsky lab: analytical chemistry News from Karlovsky lab

About our research

We investigate secondary metabolites such as mycotoxins and plant lignans, study the relationship between soil microbes and plant health, and support applied research on Fusarium spp. in grain crops. Most of our work is published under open access.

Note: we do not accept new students or visiting scholars.
